Firstly, I’d like to say thank you for investing your time in exploring new ways in developing your child athlete.
I’m a passionate basketball enthusiast with over 30 years’ experience, playing & coaching at Regional and State development level in both Metro and Country Victoria.
I’m excited to be taking the next step in my basketball journey, by sharing my knowledge and experience with the athletes & developing coaches around the North-East region.
Over my journey, I’ve been fortunate to enough to acquire a broad knowledge in how to improve athlete performance. The information which I’m offering to share, will help develop your junior athletes and encourage them to pursue elite level pathways.
My experience has been gained by being involved with building a small representative program (President, VP and Director of Coaching) and acquiring an understanding of the requirements and expectations on the importance of Coach and athlete development.
Working within and around the high-performance areas with Basketball Victoria, has taught me what elite level performance Coaches are seeking and their teaching methods for the modern-day athlete.
This program will offer likeminded athletes, an opportunity to develop and obtain new skills, in an environment where Coaches can deliver, point by point instructions and direction.
These tools will help further the athletes’ endeavours to improve their game to the next level of competition.
To all athletes, the work you put into achieving these goals are up to you. Your results will depend on your application. Confidence is gained by knowing and trusting in the amount of work that you’ve put in.
This program is designed to help athletes develop their skills in the game, regardless of the level of which you wish to pursue, so we cater for all athletes, at all levels in the sport.
Our local pathways through North-East Bushrangers VJBL and Big V programs, are helping stimulate the requirements of those athletes looking to compete at the highest level in our region.
